About Trueness
Who we are
Trueness is built and operated by Trueness Corp, the trade name of an individual microentrepreneur registered in Brazil, based in São Paulo. The full registration details are in the Terms.
The name is the ISO 5725 term for closeness to the true value, as distinct from precision — the closeness of repeated measurements to one another. Every connector in this category is precise and untrue: it syncs reliably, on schedule, and it syncs the wrong numbers.
The technical thesis
Connectors written before March 2025 read fields Stripe has since deleted. Trueness pins 2026-08-26.dahlia and reads the objects Stripe actually returns today.
Why a lasting record matters
HubSpot keeps roughly the last twenty changes to a property. Six months on, it cannot tell you why the CRM says $4,000 when Stripe billed $3,100. The free Drift Report shows you that disagreement, in dollars, the day it runs. A permanent, tamper-evident record of every sync decision — so the answer is still there a year from now — is on our roadmap for paid accounts. It does not exist yet, and nothing on this page claims it does.
How it is run
No calls. Trueness is not set up, supported or demoed via phone or video call. You install it, and it works.

Read-only from Stripe. Trueness never writes to your billing and never touches card data — and today, it writes nothing to your HubSpot portal either.
What happens if we stop
Today, the only thing Trueness holds for a free account is the daily Drift Report and the discrepancies it found — there is no paid subscription to refund and no data mirrored into HubSpot to speak of. The commitment below is written for when paid accounts exist, and we are publishing it now rather than after the fact: if Trueness is ever discontinued, every account receives 90 days' written notice. From that day, everything Trueness holds for you is exportable as CSV and JSON, and stays exportable throughout. For 90 days the daily check and the export keep running and no charge is taken. At the end of the 90 days your data is deleted by destroying the keys that make it readable, and you receive confirmation. Any unused prepaid term is refunded pro-rata.
